Hotel was spotlessly clean and ideal with knowledgeable staff and unbeatable location adjacent to many useful stores. The room was well-appointed and brand-new with microwave, very comfortable king bed plus charging devices, the check-in was quick.

The suite had an extremely comfy bed and a couch, as well as cable television and a couch bed. The staff members provided great service and were outstandingly accommodating and pleasant. The hotel is located a short walk away from the mall where you can find restaurants and a fitness center.

Our room had a modern vibe with a bright and relaxing bathroom. 🛁

It was an enjoyable base for sightseeing in Prescott. I had much fun and met very friendly staff from check-in to housekeeping to breakfast room to check-out. The room was nicely decorated and I appreciated the stay during our visit.

My family and I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Prescott for a weekend getaway. The hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and we were impressed with the staff's knowledge and promotion of the town. The cancellation policy was a bit strict, but the comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast made up for it. Our suite with two beds and a sleeper sofa provided ample space for our teenagers. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, surpassing my expectations. we had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning.
